Bush should stay away from the favorite American Pastime

Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet – it’s all American!  For a president with such extreme low approval ratings to anticipate a welcoming reception when he steps knee high in the midst of one – well, would be entirely delusional.

I believe the American people have spoken – President Bush delivered the first pitch at the new Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. to a overwhelming chorus of boos. After being announced, Bush was showered by boos as he walked to the mound sporting that famous smirk that so many American’s have grown to cringe at. Even after Bush delivered the pitch, the jeering did not let up until the President disappeared from the field.

The bright side?  Only 324 days left of his reign!  Can we stand it?
