Cherry Juice Remedy
Studies have proven that by eliminating red meats, and organ meats from ones diet along with drinking two, to three glasses of cherry juice per day can relieve the effects of gout.
In the 1950s a Texas doctor found by eating six cherries per day he was soon up and walking. Another doctor tried the remedy on twelve patients and found that he had spectacular results.
Following the cherry juice remedy daily, has resulted in relief from the effects of gout within 48 to 72 hours, in some cases it may take up to a week.
Pure black- cherry juice diluted with equal amounts of water is recommended for best results in relieving the effects of gout.
