A Mothers Christmas Prayer
My husband Mel and I were watching a Christmas special last evening, which really tugged at my heart. Jack Frost. The story was about a boy 12-years-old that had lost his father the year before in an accident, and just could not get past it.
The father came back in the form of a snowman, which appeared on the boy’s front lawn. It was a really cute movie, but in the end the snowman melted and the spirit of the father appeared to the mother and son. He told them how much he loved them and would always watch over them.
I lost my son at the age of 13, and while watching the movie a thought came to me, "God If you would only let me see my son for one minute, It would be all the Christmas gift I would ever want." While in prayer I ask Tony "can you ask God to give me a sign that you can hear me."
I had gone into another room to talk with God when Mel came to the door and said can you come out here there is something you need to see? I opened the door and Mel took my hand and led me to the front window facing the road, there at the end of the drive in the fresh fallen snow was a beautiful snow angel. There were tire tracks, but no footprints anywhere around the Angel. I thought my heart would pound out of my chest.
Mel and I thought that Cassidy, the little girl next door had made the angel for me. I called her early this morning to thank her for my angel and she said "Grammy what angel I didn’t make a snow angel, it was late when it started to snow."
Ok, I know that some of you don’t believe in angels, but I truly believe my little angel left me one last night in the snow.

That snow angel is amazing! I am so glad your husband noticed it and you took a photo. Something to treasure, for sure.
The snow angel is definitely a sign from God, to me anyway.
Yesterday we went out, but were careful to miss my angel. This morning the snow is melted from most of the drive , but she is still there
