If you catch your spouse cheating, you could sue their lover!

It’s called an “alienation of affection” lawsuit and it’s allowed in SEVEN states. Even if this isn’t an option in your state, don’t give up! If they’ve EVER had a rendezvous in one of the seven states, they can still… get sued!

I’m all for it! Perhaps if this were an option more readily available in every state, people would think twice before engaging in affairs with married men and women.
