Kids raised by lesbians have fewer behavioral problems

A nearly 25-year study concluded that children raised in lesbian households were psychologically well-adjusted and had fewer behavioral problems than their peers.

The study, published Monday in the journal Pediatrics, followed 78 lesbian couples who conceived through sperm donations and assessed their children’s well-being through a series of questionnaires and interviews.

Personally, I believe there are far too many kids going unloved and uncared for to squabble over whether or not lesbian or gay couples are fit to raise them.

If a couple have love to share – a good home to raise a child in, then why deny a kid the chance to be raised in a loving environment?

Some people say kids are the product of their environment – but how many of you are exactly like your parents? Weren’t your friends and your friends families of some influence on you growing up?

Are we such a selfish society that we would rather a child live in foster care then to be raised in a home with a family – no matter how different that family might be?

When it comes to kids and animals, I think it’s time to put our religious and political differences aside and do what’s BEST period!

Just sayin’
