About Grammy

My name is Jody Ferguson; I am the mother of Gayla (MomGadget) and a son named Joshua.   Both my children turned out to be computer geeks, and then there is mom.

Gayla has twins that are 15, Trey and Coty, they are the joy of my life. They are there when Grammy gets into trouble on the computer to walk me through it. We also have been blessed with Ariel and Denton who are our step grandchildren.

I enjoy writing children’s stories and cute stories about my children and grandchildren. I also enjoy writing turn of the century stories.

I have enjoyed writing from the time I was a child.  My Grandmother told me stories about the part of Kentucky where we lived and I would put the stories on paper.

I live in beautiful British Columbia Canada on Vancouver Island. I can see the Inside Passage and mountains from my house. I love watching the whales, ships, and seals.

My husband Mel and I have traveled all across the US in our line of work. Upon retirement we moved back to BC to live. Mel was raised in Canada and is a duel citizen.

I like blogs on self help, home remedies and household hints, blogs that save you time and money.

I read the blogs of Gayla and her friends and thought that this might be a way of helping others.  Hopefully making a few people smile from time-to-time.
