Ahhh I remember it well! It was early March, 1993, the last time my eating habits could be called anything close to normal and healthy. The day I gave birth to twins, my mind, memory and self awareness fell by the wayside. I know they existed, once upon a time because I had the body to show for it.
There are many times it will get to be 11 PM or so when I realize I had completely forgotten to eat. The next thing you know, it’s midnight and I grab a hefty helping of carbs to fend off hunger pains and light-headedness before going to bed. Bad. Bad habit! I know! But once I became a mom, my own health, wellness and fashion became an afterthought most of the time.
Since becoming a parent, what unhealthy eating habits or cravings have you developed?
