As I watch the morning news and all the hype over Harold Camping’s predicted Judgment Day May 21, 2011 – I have several thoughts that leave me saying Double-U – Tee – Eff. This dude is freakin’ nuts.
God love him – he was probably a very good minister or teacher of some sort in his day, but seriously, it’s time he hang up his 89-year-old hat and retire like most gents his age.
There’s plenty of plaid shorts, black socks, men’s sandals and shuffleboard spots just waiting on him to jump in and enjoy his sundown years.
Since Judgment Day is all the talk, I thought I would begin this post that will be updated throughout the day (or longer) to record my thoughts as they pop into my head. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments below or drop me a link to where I can check them out if they’re on your own blog.
My Judgment Day Thoughts:
– IF May 21, 2011 and 6 PM EST were to be the end of time based on Noah’s Ark, wouldn’t the end of time fall under the same time zone as where Noah actually built the ark and the great flood began?
– IF May 21 is to be the end of the world, what about the countries that will already be in May 22 when 6 PM hits here?
– IF Harold Camping is a true Christian, how will he explain his ‘false prophet’ attempts to God when the real Judgment Day does arrive?
– Books and other Judgment Day materials were reportedly flying off the shelves. I think Harold Camping should sign all his worldly assets over to ME right NOW since he’s not going to be able to make use of it after 6 PM today.
